Our 3/32? (2.4 mm) plain-tube check valve is the smallest spring-assisted check valve in the World.

It’s hard to believe that a check valve with an outside diameter of just 3/32? (2.4 mm) and a length of 8 mm exists, but it’s easy to appreciate how useful it is. Our patented technology allows us to house a reliable, precise, ultra-miniature check valve in a plain-tube format that’s perfect for space-constrained applications. Just be careful not to lose it! The standard model—available to buy online—is manufactured from 316 stainless steel and has a cracking pressure of 0.1 bar.

Our plain tube check valves come in various sizes and materials. The standard models, available to buy online, are 1/4", 4mm (5/32") and our 1/8" check valve is the smallest spring assisted valve in the world. Standard materials are 316 stainless steel or PEEK, but we can manufacture in many other materials depending on your requirements. We also stock some check valves in Hastelloy material.
